The Azeo Wine-tini
- 1 oz Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 oz Azeo vodka distilled from apples
- 3 fresh strawberries
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 2 oz soda water
In a cocktail shaker, add lemon juice and strawberries with stems removed. Muddle the berries. Add Azeo Vodka, Paso Robles wine, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake well.
Pour soda water into a chilled glass. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass combining with the soda water.
